FELLOWSHIP ASSOCIATE, ENERGY LEADERSHIP

Title: CELI Fellowship Associate - Energy Leadership

Primary Location: Must be living in the United States. Preferably located in one of the following CELI cities – Bay Area, DC, NYC, Chicago – although not required; fully remote.

Reports To: Managing Director of Energy Leadership

Term: July 16 - December 15, 2024

Who We Are Looking For: Fellowship Associates should have some experience facilitating teaching and learning, and they should bring exceptional interpersonal skills to their work. Experience working with volunteers from diverse backgrounds is welcome. Fellowship Associates will thrive in fast-paced environments and should be strong managers of many moving parts.

Work hours: This position is a great fit for a graduate student working towards a degree in energy, sustainability, environmental justice, or a related field. CELI allows for flexible work hours and is committed to supporting a good work-life balance. most weeks require up to 10 hrs a week; 15 hrs a week during special events once a month. Includes, but is not limited to: 1 hr team check-ins once or twice a week, weekly Wednesday evening sessions (5:30 - 8:30 pm local time for PT, CT, ET, and for MT the timing is 6:30 - 9:30 pm local time), four Tuesday evening sessions (5:30-7:30 pm local time with the exception of 6:30 - 8:30pm MT) and maximum three weekend Saturdays (8 am - 5 pm) and one Sunday during July-December.

Fully Remote: Must be living in the United States. The work is performed virtually. 

Compensation: Short-term, limited-time contractor position, $2,500 per month (5 mos).
